I was looking on Skillshare realy what I learn here on RUclips is mutch more better than what saw on Skillshare to draw doodels. Man the tutorials what I lern from you it have a better quality than the tutorials there. Jazza make advertisment for Skillshare and here is for free. Degget I will buy your brushset for ProCreate to give you some money for what you teach with your videos. Thx bro
Man, you gotta hate it when you spill paint on your canvas. Sometimes, my hand will touch a wet spot but, I won't notice it. The next thing I know, I have little polka dots all over the place. It's enough to make you want to cry. Of the two, I prefer the traditional one as well. I think I might have made the backs a teal or turquoise color as that contrast would have made it really pop. It still looks mighty fine the way you did it though. I'm looking forward to next week's video as usual.
Yeah man, i’ve made the same mistake too many times, i’m too impatient to let certain bits dry and once it gets on xour hand its all over haha! Thanks bro, yeah traditional is the way for me too. That deffs would have been a really contrasted look.! Thanks man 😁
I like both but it will matter when and how they are being used. If your adding to work thats already started you have to keep thing with continuity. But blank canvas, clean skin it comes down to the look the person is after. Id have to go the first one if i was adding to my back just due to whats all ready there because the neo trad one would just look out of place even though everything is well over due, needing a re working to crispen things up but to fix some stuff im not happy with and the trad one would be busy enough to hide some other tattooist sins. The neo trads simplicity and larger , open areas deserves the rest of the tat to be in the same style to get the maxim effect to pop. Problem here is not enough money to run out of skin ... lol 1st world problems, yeah. Hay you say to add any suggestions, well please , please ,please can you do the waterfall koi ,dragon story in a neo trad. Would be very interesting to see realism with a trad story as the subject.
Yeah deffs agree! I like the more traditional style one personally, never been a huge fan of the typical neo trad peony. But they all have their place as you said. I’ll keep it in mind, sounds like a big project and maybe something i’ll do in future video 😁 thanks for the suggestion
I’m a say the bro traditional cause I like the little hair pollen things that curl throughout the petals but the traditional is just as beautiful I just think the neo is more dynamic
What size/shape brushes do you use for spit shading? I've been using a 6 round brush to blend mine out but it feels a bit too big/clunky. Was curious what your personal preference is! :)
I've been drawing peony flowers forever. They are my favorite. Glad I found this to do a new variation!

Hey 😁 i use number 5 to lay colour and number 6 to blend.
Not sure they’re round brushes, more a fine point brush 🤘🏼hope this helps
@@DaggetDesigns Helps a ton! I'll try that out! :)
