Hello everyone! Today I present you a very tasty and easy to prepare recipe. Delicious bite sized strawberry tarts. A tart shell recipe made with a no roll tart dough that is so simple and easy anyone in your family can make it at home.You can prepare it for breakfast, morning tea or afternoon tea and your family will love it!
Ingredients:
12 strawberries
Tart shells:
90 grams / 3.2 ounces of unsalted butter
3 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon od castor sugar
1 tablespoons of vegetable oil
170 grams / 6 ounces of plain flour
Pastry cream:
180ml / 6.1 fluid ounces of milk
45 grams / 1.58 ounces of castor sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 egg
2 egg yolks

2 teaspoons of plain flour
1 tablespoon of cornflour
