I know that the Episcopal church itself is some form of American church but translated into German episcopal can mean bishop. Its just a bishops church, if you translate it word for word, not the episcopal church you get if you type it into google. The translation is a bit confusing. Or do you mean something else?
It’s a /SUMMER residence/ not a /summer RESIDENCE/. It‘s a /CITY centre/ not a /city CENTRE/. Why? "residence“ and "centre“ are distinguished by "summer“ and "city“.

Where are Dresden and Munich World Heritage monuments ?
Dresden has lost it's title in 2009 (because of a new build bridge across the Elbe). And Munich has not been listed by the UNESCO yet.
