Oklahoma Highway Patrol and Creek County Sheriffs Office responding code 3/priority 1

Call details: Call came in as someone on the turnpike was driving and thought they saw someone else on the side of the road doing CPR but when units arrived at the location and no one was there. So not really sure what was up with that. It was hella weird. Either someone was prank calling or a true glitch in the matrix took place that night.
Clip 1 (12:36AM CST) : I went to the Shell gas station on 916 South Main Street (if I panned to the left slightly then you would’ve saw the market right away) right across from me and took a report on what was going on that night with PD being all over the place, & two female employees stated that a man walked into the Shell gas station food mart, threatening them several times saying that he would rob the place. They also stated that he had already stolen some products out the store in the past (just a few days ago) during a different nighttime encounter. Before leaving, he said he’d come back to rob the place again. The suspect was unarmed during this encounter, including the other encounter before this, but unsure if he’d be armed the next time or not, the employees alerted authorities. Very soon, Oklahoma Highway Patrol & Creek County Sheriffs Office (as seen in clip 1) found the man a few minutes later and apprehended him. Charges were filed against him in this arrest. I asked the employees about what was going on further down the road with the bigger response, but they said they didn’t know. Further details are unknown to me at this time.
Clips 2 - 4 : Call came in as the caller was driving on the turnpike (unknown direction of travel) and thought they saw someone else on the side of the road doing CPR but when units arrived at the location, no one was there, even after officers canvassed the area. Either someone was prank calling or something darker was going on, or a true glitch in the matrix took place that night where the caller caught a brief glimpse of a past event, future event, or even a glimpse into another universe. Clip 2 was at 12:40AM CST, clip 3 was at 12:41AM CST, & clip 4 was at 12:42AM CST.
Clips 5 & 6 were units that came back from the call to assist a man at the gas station that needed a ride somewhere, which was at 1:12AM CST. The clips are them departing at 1:24AM CST

@@pullovr thanks for the tip, and also what do you use as scanner/app? I'm using a whistler right now, and it's really hit and miss idk if my antenna dosnt work well with PD, or it's the encryption idk, it works really well with fire, even if it's far away-
But with Mann PD and CCSO it cuts part out alot

OHP - Carson Commander SA-365 and they are also switching to a new siren, CCSO if theyre using all FS Valor on theyre cars then FS SmartSiren, or FS Pathfinder or FS TouchMaster Delta
