This podcast actually healed me, been through the bad phase of my life and just tried to binge watch and scroll RUclips and luckily ended up with this. Thanks a lot man, exactly pointed out on what I was suffering.

I am mother of two boys and obsorbing everything you speak as i was never aware how men thinks and grows through the 20's -40's and importance of creating deserts around..these days most kids are hardly out of their comfort zone 😞and i think this is a biggest lesson as part of my parenting journey. We are very thankful to you Ranveer for pouring yourself through your personal experiences 🙏
I have told my sister to make her kids learn martial arts, so she sent them to learn martial arts. When kids learn martial arts they learn discipline and atleast at that mean time they will be out of comfort zone. Also, it helps them connect and help during their spiritual journey much later in life. I am baffled how this guy has shared similar things.
Raise some soldiers mother ❤
I’m a female watching and I would say it’s definitely same for women too …. Thank you for vocalising it ,we all need to hear it and we all need to learn to grow as a person and work on our healing journey …. Heal and become better person … feeling the bliss that comes out of healing from traumas… working on mental health is super important I wish it was actually taught to everyone
This is a big blessing for parents like me who can’t openly discuss or make their kids understand these issues. Thank you n lots of blessings. Congratulations for all your achievements 🙏🏼
Then take urself out of ur comfort zone and try to speak to them about it, all the best 😉
Overwhelmed to see you sharing this level of learning to people. You are one of a kind. I mean it. Proud of you always ❤
"Failure will help you grow beyond what you know" Thanks Ranveer was in dire need of this today. All the best and stay on right track no matter what.
thanks bro ,I'M in my 18 and AND THIS PODCAST GIVE ME A CLEAR VIEW ON LIFE ,LOVE,HURT,EMOTION ,GOAL,TRUST,AND HOW I CAN FIND MYSELF AND PREPARE FOR UPCOMING THINGS. I don't know what my life is about but with this podcast listening your journey and how you explain every espect of life I can figure it out better and i'll try to deal with my every problem ,pain, and every shi** in better way & become more understading towards my life. Lots of love✨✨ from your little fan.
You can feel pain suffering throughout his journey . I was getting emotional. Love you big brother
That was epic ❤
I have been here all the time throughout your growth as a RUclipsr. I was a subscriber even before you reached the 1k mark, I don't know if it's my fate or is it an irony but I've been here for the past 8 years I've seen your growth and I always looked into you as a big brother and this one was a much needed episode for this stage of my life,
Am 26 now and rethinking and relearning a lot of aspects of my life, trying hard to find a profession for my growth (because everything inspires me a lot and it's almost become hard for me to settle into just one profession)
I've been interacting with a lot more people lately from different professions, backgrounds, mentality and gender ( cause I crave for more soulful conversation now) and one thing I find out was people are getting lost because of the societal expectations they are getting. and at this age I'm finding a lot more people who get into a mindset where they only care for making money (not because they want to but they have to) FOMO acting up. And this reminded me of sylvia plath who famously quoted
"What horrifies me most is the idea of being useless: well-educated, brilliantly promising, and fading out into an indifferent middle age"
~SYLVIA PLATH~
And I'm somewhat convinced that, that is what is happening with the majority of the young minds of our society now.
If I have to reflect on all my thoughts I feel like that this comment box won't be enough.
So let me just wrap up by saying this,
I appreciate the job you are doing, you've always been an inspiration for all of us.
Salute to you Big brother.
Ps: I hope you'll do a podcast to reflect on your views on finding, managing and dealing more than one area of interest and passion at the same time.
Because there is no relevant content about that topic in the realm of the internet and I really feel that you'll be the right person to do that, because people are really listening now. Please shed some light on the troubled yet well educated minds.
(From a lot of young people that I've talked to from different parts of india over the last one year or so this is what I understood)
So I request you to please do that.
Im so happy for this, i was just going through some hard times, emotionally and physically both, thank you for this.
"Growth happens outside your comfort zone you mother sheltered" ❤️✨🥰😃
If a person had painful experience during childhood like seeing parents fighting ,not having parental emotional support etc ,then accepting rejection becomes really hard .How we attach to someone emotionally ,that map of attachment pattern gets developed during childhood ,so behavior of our first care givers matter a lot .
Take best care of yourself during your worst times ,you will have that ability if you take good care of yourself during your good times.
I hope you solve what ever you are dealing with ,good luck.
The best solo podcast of yours. Thanks a lot for these valuable advices ❤
Usually no one talks about these topics in deep but this man is a legend he not only shared his experience but also showed the real side of a successful life.
bro!!!!! i had been emotionally suffering since last 2months and not being able to understood what actually going on my surrounding, but today after watching your video i got some kind of sens of energy and i understand how things are going....I love your podcasts buddy this one is very emotional but practical!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH
Every man and young boys need to watch this video. So impactful and powerful. Thank you very much My Brother for this wonderful video 🙏
My son is 7 months old. I was just thinking of saving this video for when he gets older, so is the impact of this video. Lot of boys, even girls need this kind of guidance. Very well articulated!! 👏👏
why not teach all these things by yourself
You gotta take participation. Throwing info at kids isn't the way to go. Will make him watch a video? Good intention, but a shitty try.
Ofcourse we are not going to wait until he gets old enough to see and understand this. Learning is a lifelong process and we as parents are learners as well as teachers. We might miss something during the process to reach or learn OR we might not have had such experience to teach them. Hence some help is always appreciated.
best of luck bro!
It's gonna be different 22 years later
You know… even if someone warned you at those moments regarding the pitfalls, you would not truly understand the lesson unless you went through the challenges. True understanding of any situation comes with pain and struggle.. one of the bitter truths of life but most valuable
Man you took me on a journey of of nostalgia... Each and every point is so relatable for me...
Life has taught me a lot and I took every difficulty as a lesson... Still learning in my early 30s...
Thank you bro.....I'm just gonna turn 19 in the coming month, haven't been good enough in the competetive exams that I gave. I literally needed this video because been in a "situationship" (as they call it). And kinda zoned out nowadays after giving my exam....I will definitely meet you one day and say I DID IT MAN...I DID IT. Thank you😄😄

I got so many things from this video. Thank you so much. I also went through so many rejections. But I'm trained now.

Thanks Ranveer ! I really enjoy your practical approach of being both ethical and witty ! This video speaks a lot from your personal experiences, its a lot of value for me.
I don't know why, I am 14.5 but I related to every point in this video like a 20-23 year old. From being the first dude i watched to get started on putting an end to my gyno problem to being the close to elder brother figure in my life. Thanks Ranveer for your content.

One of best video I have ever came across.... hats off to you man 👨
you have revealed lots of practical experiences and truths.
Your Maturity and critical thinking is unparallel.
I have been watching this channel for couple of years and it always have helped me but this particular video, but for some reason I have teary eyes and some wisdom about what it really takes to be a 'MEN.' I want to say thank you Bhaiya for this type of intense content for us stupid off-track teens, you truly deserve all the success that you have, and I want you to archive even great Hights. Literally never had this kind of experience just by a RUclips video.
Do not go behind a girl. Do not give them chance to reject you. Do not be desperate for love. If you are going through hard time, speak with your parents, your siblings or your friends who understands your emotions. If you don't want to talk about any of them. Write down all your thoughts for 5 minutes and then go do your work. Distract yourselves from such thoughts as much as possible. Learn from your mistakes. Analyse what went wrong and why it went wrong. What should be your next action. You will eventually learn and grow
I had taken wrong steps in my life but after watching this video i can sense the change of way of thinking of my My brain in the situations i had been before. Thank you so much bro.
This was one of the most important podcast for me, truly life changing cuz I'm currently in the stage of my life where I have to let the person I love the most go and be happy without me, but as you said sometimes it's better to let go..🤝🏿

This man is incredible!
You are great motivational speaker. Unexamined life is not worth living.
The last 10 years of life has been teaching me these things. I have lived and embodied everything said here. The one thing that is required for all this is ISOLATION be by yourself talk to yourself and go on doing the right thing. What is the right thing in the situations and then what is the right thing to do for yourself. Look forward to the life that is coming. Know my weaknesses and I will work on them with all my might ❤. Lovely .. affirmation of all the things I feel.

Where were you 10-15 years back. Such a timeless piece of profound advice one can give to oneself. I eventually learnt it hard way but the content in this video could have saved my EQ issues.
Thank you ranveer, just thank you for this video❤
Detachment is key and is the biggest lesson through out one's life.
Stay blessed Ranveer!
Kya yeti ko bhi detachment hota hai?
Noe... fall in love... enjoy love... fail in love... experience pain.... Be stronger...
Detachment is not the answer...
@@sophiet.2332fuck no. My friend is suffering from 5 years because he don't know how to detach with people, bonds and relationships.
Detachment is key to get out from that situation but we should prepare for it in the first place.
Detachment (if needed) should always comes after attachment.
Else you will live a plain boring life with no love and friends!
I believe Love and feeling the pain after breakup both are the best things, cuz you will realise and feel something you never would have!
Kaash main bhi detached ho pati. I'm a 90s kid.

I could not stop myself from commenting on this. This was your best episode so far. Keep going ranveer. You are impacting many lives in a positive way. Keep doing wat u r doing. U r doing excellent.
Hey ,Ranveer I am so inspired from you by hearing the best podcast .I can say u are suffering from pain of relationships but the way u are healing is best.❤ Always make these types of content .
Bro! I’m 28 and a female who can relate to this raw episode. It’s completely how I’d describe myself. What pain have I left to endure? From martial arts to weightlifting, to a difficult childhood, exactly as yours, to hitting rock bottom from the topper I am-I know. My breakup tore me apart and I questioned life’s purpose. My mom once said, “I don’t care if you’re gonna inherit a bounty or, if you’re blue-blooded, you have to make a life of your own. If you’re a genetic desert dwelling warrior then, emerge as the warrior princess I’d like to see.” Crying in public is cowardly to me. I sit before the pics of Mahavatar and Yoganandaji and share the pain with them. Not papa ki pari but, ma ki princess. Yeah, I swear, too with friends or, when alone. Due to my gender, I’ve had to bash bad ones for which I care a f*** about coz society blames her always!
I have gone through the same think on breakup part recently ...2 breakups in life both are hurting especially the second one which was long term relationship loved each other but as said in the video circumstances ot changed so the relationship try to make workout from last 11 months but no efforts from other side but no problem accepted rejection..nothing against her but some things hurt but eventually go away not in guilt I am..lose life purpose but focused back myself again and getting better everyday ..tried till last day but its ok if the othe person not wanted it.. but getting better now and getting to know myself better..and society i know blames her always u canr do much about it but there are some good people in society who will understand u and u will be completely fine
I think it can be applied to some girls as well...some of us live a guy's life than a girls' life!!!
@@fav5677 The difference is in the way we think and act relative to the ways of the “society” we live in.
genuinely related lots of things . thank you !
Thank you ......I was 22 and I was exactly going through those emotional trauma . Thank you for the exact advice I needed
For the first time ,I did not switch the video to 1.5x speed..coz intensity of talk gets deeper with the emotions..and I just don't wish to loose the intensity
Lovely talk bro❤
About pain, I've lost my parents in 2018 and felt the same as you say, feelings, senses, emotions, way. Everything was blurred but i got through that, some family members i still can blame and can yell at em, but i moved on, i learned the pain and used it as fuel to achieve my purpose.
❤
Thank you Ranveer. I needed this so much
honestly cried! But i swear i needed this. i usually hate motivational type-a videos ,i like your channel for all the hindu things you share, but this video i dont know why i clicked it but thank god i clicked it .i am at a stage of life where i am in my 21 going through my 5th serious break up ,deep down never beeen up from the 1st relationship ,just ended with my final year degree exams ,looking for a job in IT field thats where a lot of competitors are, its like am going through all ,all at once .REALLY REALLY THANK YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

I love raw conversations of yours. Solo raw conversations of yours. Don't keep anything in your heart. Share it with us. Because the moment you finished talking about your life's lessons, pains, hardships you feel relieved. Hey spiritual samurai I just want to tell you one thing & it' that "Don't put all women's, girls into same funnel because you were cheated, hurted by some of those girls, women's". That's all I want to say to you. I am just raw like you.
Well said ,each gilrl is unique 😊
It maybe a little irrelevant I suppose Divya ji but same goes for boys as well, just because some kisi kameene ne ek ladki ko dhokha diya iska matlab yeh nahi na ki sabhi mard aise hi hote hai
Sharing with everyone doesn't always help, just share with one good friend.
