thank God this westerner practiced regularly for the past 18 years. I am healed and whole and enjoy a regulated nervous system. I have transformed so much trauma into mended light
Here is a theoretical lecture of consciousness based on the ancient Doctrine of The Seven Lights being reinterpreted in psychological terms, trying to make an 'Integral System'. I would refer to Ichazo's More complete Integral System.
Dear author and participants, In frame of tradition of Yoga Suttra, and concept of Satya: "shabdajnaananupati vastushoonyo vikalpah" - verbal delusion follows from no corresponding reality. Where is your chakra? Why can you not find it? Where is the "competent evidence"? To me this is "vikalpa", an illusion. - There doesn't actually seem to be any chakra. Strangely, I feel the same about Jungian views. Illusions from dear but fantastical narratives. Examining this, its only bunch of imaginary narratives, word-tales that have no corresponding reality. The sutras call to awaken from this illusion, as I read them. Of course, the World has thousands of traditions that do not follow this interpretation. My two cents.
my descent into sacral resulted in the destabilization of my ego and my pain body resulting in rebirth of the crown chakra. Thank you for this talk!

8:57 Koan ==> "colloid" in the subtext!
9:58 Machinations ==> "Meccan nations."!
