I am 36 and I never stopped training like I did in highschool. My mom set a good example as she always ran and stayed fit at this age. It was just natural for me. Why wouldn't I move? It is true what he says, at my age and up most people let themselves go. Your metabolism does not slow that much YEAR to year. What you eat matters as well. It's not complex. Workout, cut sugar, healthy proteins/fats. Be consistent, sleep well...

well if he feels just as good from now on and 10 years into the future.. yeah sure then i'll use it.
Question is though how much strain does it put on your bodys organs?
the exterior may look good, but how is the body doing inside? bones? organs? blood?
There are a lot more things to be worried about, but yeah i can see how he would probably love every moment of it.
Everyone remember how it was going to the gym as a 16-19 year old, your testosterone production is just insane!
    and so are the results...
and you feel in general great and healthy.

I'm a 74 year old Crossfitter. I still rope climb without my legs. I have NEVER uses PED's. Personally I think taking Testosterone and HGH and showing off your body is cheating and lying. To compete in sports while using these substances is a sign of significant character problems. This seems to be a sign of our times but it is still no excuse. It is however a great way to make money. As a Chiropractor I recommend dietary changes like the Whole 30 and Paleo and Crossfit for ALL. One thing that I also recommend that is harmless and helps make more ATP is Pulse System PEMF.

I hope to be like you one day! I applaud you sir👏 I’m 27 and had my life on hold for 2 years over a nasty injury, I had surgery, healing but not fast enough for my liking, it’s beneficial in some ways & things happen, so for that reason I am getting a little boost because my energy, confidence, my drive have dropped but yes I agree with you on people who abuse of it like athletes or movie stars but they pay the price later, Sylvester Stallone is all beat up

What is different from a man getting testosterone replacement therapy than a woman getting estrogen replacement therapy? I don't see a fault in Dr. Life's plan. I think that replacement doses could get out of hand, though.

Steroids work. That is why people use them. They should be legal with a warning label dealing with their mis-use (which is common).

Kamil M. HGH is an anabolic growth hormone, all it is amino acids, your body makes it, that’s why they are super expensive than steroids & of course get HGH from a Doctor
