Normally I fly Delta - took a flight two days ago on American. Every flight was delayed, no IFE, and flying through DFW means I won't be flying American again.
I’ve flown American Airlines before, it was ok, but they had great costumer service when our flight got so delayed we would’ve missed our layover so they had to get us on a different flight. We got free meals vouchers and tickets for a direct flight instead of having a layover
United should drop below American owing to the fact that they've significantly devalued their mileage program. Delta has done the same. Basically, the best way to use Delta miles is to fly Air France or Virgin Atlantic.
Alaska airlines is amazing. The customer service is so well done, I’ve actually felt like I’m talking to a real person. By that I mean I am talking to a real person, but other airlines are like talking to brick walls.
Delta and United and American Airlines are the most expensive airlines in the US. Not too sure why but they are very expensive. Maybe because they are in that partnership stuff. Southwest had a hiccup doing a Christmas season. That one hiccup that Southwest had is not enough for me to knock them down a notch or two.
Actual order should go: (1 = best & 7 = worst) 1. American Airlines 2. Alaska Airlines 3. United Airlines 4. Southwest Airlines 5. Sun Country Airlines 6. Delta 7. JetBlue
Great! I’d have to say I agree with all of that except I’d put Southwest Airlines above AA for sure! I’ve never flown SW but I’ve heard great things about them and I had a pretty bad experience on an AA A321 in Economy last winter from ORD-MCO the crew were very rude, the lead flight attendant yelled at me to stop taking pictures out the WINDOW of all things not the cabin or of the people on the plane , the bathroom was filthy and the flight was 3 & 1/2 hours late! 😔 😣 For my first trip on American I was not impressed
Southwest is amazing, it does not deserve to be named the worst airline in the U.S. yeah the meltdown was their fault but they redeemed themselves, American Airlines should be named the worst U.S airline. Horrible service, Horrible Staff, confusion. Etc.
wheres jetblue??
I agree. JetBlue is great!
@@Bobrogers99true, if I were the guy in the video, I would have put JetBlue in 1st or 2nd place
yeah, i agree
I’m a mosaic member and JetBlue needs to be 2nd
JetBlue sucks
JetBlue definitely better than American & United
Not as much diversity compared to United. American I agree though

Add JetBlue
What about JetBlue
1-Delta
2-JetBlue
3-American
4-United
5-Southwest
Flying from London to New York I have to say that United is the least appealing option so I’m shocked at how they were ranked that far up
Agreed
You forgot JetBlue I would put it at 3
I'm generally satisfied with American and SW
My city’s home airline is delta and I do agree with you but I still think JetBlue should be in there
I fly them all but if I had a choice, I would put JetBlue as my #1
Great list, But I recommend putting Hawaiian Airlines and JetBlue to the top 5.
they have quality but the quantity of their flights is lacking in most of the country.
United should be lower, coz of the recent devaluation. Maybe this was made before
JetBlue is him
ive flown on southwest before

What about JetBlue? United is so bad… 🤦🏻♂️
Also Hawaiian, Better service than united also

This is actually based on his Experience.
I love united airlines ❤
Thanks you!🙏
Last time I was on delta the had engine problems

id have to say united is above delta, simply due to their star alliance partners vs skyteam.
What about hawain
Haven't flown United but for me JetBlue is vastly superior to the rest of them?
Thank you! I love United!!
United? It's the worst
So accurate. I have a ton of miles with delta but I would rather pay with money on a different airline than exhaust all my hard earned Skymiles.
sure isin't saying much .sad to say......
delta is TERRIBLE
JetBlue sucks
