Revan has always been my favourite force user, Jedi or Sith. His saber is so iconic and his known background of being a literal rift between the light and darksides of the force is one of the most interesting of all. Also, as far as we know he's the oldest force user to use a purple lightsaber. Then maybe a couple others and then Mace. I also wish his other saber was more well known. If there was a cheaper Revan saber on the market that was also decent quality, I'd have my hands on it in seconds lmao
I think you're supposed to use that threaded part to secure the blade into the handle. The part you used to screw the crystal in... pop the center bit out and use the threaded ring and pass it down the blade and screw it tightly down to keep the blade secure and the electronics connected tightly. That's probably why you're experiencing issues.
@Chosen One got the Mace one, one of the best ones you can get honestly. Only problem with mine is the middle switch to turn on and off, is a little loose on mine

Also it would be cool if they made Revan's Lightsaber have the capability to change from Purple to Blue and to red just by pressing the button. Like you turn it on with 1 press it's purple, 2 press blue, 3 press red or that every time you turn it off and turn it back on again the colors change or something along those lines like that😸
@@teamscarce528 no his purple lightsaber depending on which side of the force be was lining towards would go from Purple to Blue if he lined towards the light and Ted for the dark side his second lightsaber he had after he became a Jedi again was a green lightsaber.
They need to make an old-republic live action show - and make that whole era fully cannon, so many great stories. And since it doesn't really affect any of the other things, it wouldn't ruin anything in terms of lore. But just having a whole bunch of sith and jedi fight... oh man. Also the character of Revan, yes please
I only had those malfunctions at the start, when I didn't lock the blade in properly. It could also be that your battery pack maybe isn't properly secured or rather got loose after you swung the blade around.
The one from Vader's vault will blow your mind! I'm in the custom saber community and build my own sabers. Vader's vault is a top tier sabersmith. You will love it!
I know I am super late to this video. But I just picked one up yesterday and one cool thing I found is if you pull the Kyber Crystal out while it is on, it will actually hold a charge for awhile and glow the color outside of the hilt.
I earnestly hope, that since they've released these two new sabers..that we can expect more in the future. Possibly Anakin's or Ahsoka's sabers? It would make them a crap ton of money.

Lol I've actually dueled so much with my own Vader ESB and Anakin RotS that the blades are dented and the LEDs don't even light up properly anymore. Nice that you preserved yours ;)
I remember when Borders Bookstores selling lightsabers during the time of the prequel trilogy. They initially sold for $50 USD, which jumped to $80 for the 2nd film, and $125 for the final film.
The LEDs in the blade can emit any color. So green is within the capability. But the colors are programmed.. so I'd assume there was some kind of short or surge between the hilt and blade connection.

I still have Vader's saber from Master Replicas and it still works like new, woosh when swung, clashes when struck and full activate and deactivate animation with all sounds

@@jakobfel2 ye the Asoka savers batter but the revan one when I got it a while back I thought it would be really impractical so I had a little dual with my brother to try it and when we were fighting I didn’t really feel a diffrence kinda feels normal especially when u hold it backwards (as revan does) then it really is quite good
Bro if you really wanna get something that feels like a real lightsaber, you are gonna have to purchase from aftermarket places. like Vaders vault. They are a lot more expensive but look and feel a lot more like real lightsabers with smooth swing and really bright blades.
I worked my ass off back in 2002 so i could by my first ever Anakin lightsaber from Master Replicas. I remember when i turn on that lightsaber at the cinema seconds before the logo of Star Wars hit the screen everyone was screaming cause of the high quality of the light from the saber.

We all try to ignore the impracticality of lightsaber designs I’m guessing
After owning 4 different Revan hilts, I can confirm it actually isn’t comfortable. The design looks bulkier than it actually feels.
