I did your last mod - changing the turn signal light that turns blue..it’s still working.. lol. I had a time to install that with the carbon fiber mirror cover now you throw another. I’m afraid to take the light apart again.. but dang that does look nice.

I love all this guys mods. I only wish I could do them. If I tried I would have pieces pulled out that just would never go back in ever again. Im surprised there isnt an aftermarket place that does this for Mercedes.

Dont try this if you have a w205 with the camera in the mirror. Theres alot of parts you need to take off the car like the door panel and the actual mirror itself and you need to take the glass off the mirror. Then you gotta cut a small tab cuz the module for the aftermarket logo is bigger than the oem one. Its a bigger black box.Dont think this is easy like in the videos cuz its not. Get a experienced technician to do it and hell have no problems. Alot of things you need to line up and mess with. Got it done tho and was totally worth it
planning on doing this on my 2021 C63s LAST V8 I have the 360 camera so lets see how this works.
I started to take it apart and couln'd get the bulb out lol, definitely going to bring it to a shop

Now that's a nice upgrade. Unfortunately it seems only for rectangle shape puddle lights. So my 2016 E Class is out on this one.
check with DMP car design. You never know, they might have it?
@@TheFlexxGarage I did and checked on their website. It saids only for rectangle puddle lights. Maybe in the future DMP might come up with something. For now its only for rectangle puddle lights.

Hi guys, if you own a w205 are you having problems with the interior of your car, the rattling and weird sound from centre console and the doors? specially when you hit small bumps on the road
That’s common in all C classes. You can take it to the dealer if you’re under warranty and they will add extra padding at the head unit. However the cracking sound of the center console and vents will still be there.
Yes I do notice as well. How loud is the sound for you?
All 2015 models have that interior noise problem. Some people stuff some kind of spongy materials in some places to reduce the noise. You can find how they do it in forums.
Check the side of your driver door and see where the vehicle was made most likely Tuscaloosa Alabama which is the reason for the poor build quality

Hey bro , look very great , I tried to install, but now I stocked at right side , seems that puddle light is hard to remove , any recommendations?
Mine came out fine but it was tight to install on the passenger side.
Reach out to DMP. I think they have a quick video how to take stuff apart to install the light.

That's why I recommending ordering from DMP since their kits includes everything. I don't know the resistor size in my kit.

it is but requires some modifications. I think somebody wrote about it in a mercedes forum.

You can’t. Unless you do a lot of modification but it will be a mess and you risk damaging the distronic sensor. Might even void your warranty.

It’s a puddle light. Turns off when you get in the car. It’s illegal if it stays on while driving.

I am looking to do the same on my 2021 C63s with 360 camera, the process is a little more because you have to remove the mirror then 3 screws so you can take the housing off to be able to access the screws for the camera lens in the mirror. Then you can reach the puddle light.

Ask your supplier to make one for A Class W176 please both the AMG and Mercedes

It looks nice but for $120 plus $20 shipping that's around $140 for these lights...Seems like they are way overpriced, because they're still just lights. Why would it take that much to make these?
AMG sells these for over $500. And at the end of the day, this is a Mercedes. Parts aren’t gonna be cheap. It’s not a civic.

Not every mod is gonna be affordable for everyone. It's a mercedes at the end of the day. When you see the $500+ price tag on the one from mercedes...this one doesn’t look so bad. You do you. I do mods to show people what’s possible and available.

Does it only flickers with the "C" classes?
Don’t know. I only own a c class. I’m pretty sure they’ll flicker on other models cause Mercedes usually uses the same wiring for most cars when it comes to smaller lights. You will need to wire in the resistor.
