I immediately stopped her & I immediately started hyper ventilating, doing heavy strong deep deep breathing to do everything possible to not ejaculate my semen. I then immediately ran cold water in the shower to attempt to cool me down, I was very hot, very aroused, very close to ejaculatng my semen, yet I did not.
Later that same night, it was horrible. I left and felt any moment on the verge of ejaculating my semen. I was in high anxiety due to me working so hard on not ejaculating my semen for over one (1) year and did not want to relapse. The same night I walked and did yoga in the city street, upside position to attempt to distract my mind and do everything possible to not ejaculate in my shorts. I then walked, yet had this intense, deep, burning, arousal feeling in my genital area. I felt my nervous have been altered, extreme high anxiety, some panic, literally feeling as though any moment at anytime, I can automatically ejaculate semen from my penis, and I could not control, nor stop this sensation. I prayed, meditation, yoga, japa rounds, read vedic literature, bathed in ocean. For the next week, seven to eight days (after the incident), i had this strong, same arousal feeling as though any moment, I can automatically ejaculate my semen, at any moment, at any time, without no touching or any stimulation to my genital area (penis). I felt very tired, weak, exhausted, fuzzy head, pressure in my head, I did not felt right. I had this extreme, hot, arousal, feeling in my groin area which lasted eight (8) days, which felt as though any moment, anytime i can possibly automatically ejaculate (without no physical stimulation on my penis). Yet even the friction from my shorts, while me walking was troublesome as they any stimulation in my groin area, can possibly make me ejaculate. I have never had this feeling ever in my life, and for over one (1) week, this was driving my crazy. Was it all due to the "Tiger Balm" ointment/balm ??
As you know, after exactly one (1) week to eight (8) days from the massage, i was sleeping at night, alone, and I then have a "wet-dream". I don't remember any dream. You can absolutely be intimate! (usually not this fast, but I was online when your question came in). Kissing, cuddling, and even karezza sex (somewhat slow sex) are all acceptable. I am not totally celibate, but I refrain from release. Do your best not to ejaculate. AT MOST, you should release only a handful of times per year. But the more retention you build up, the more power and prosperity that you will have.
