I didn't really experiment with it so that might be the reason why I didn't feel the difference, because it might have gradually come over a longer period of time. Or I'm simply just not able to consciously be aware of that.
However I know for a fact that I have changed drastically over the last half a year or so and it all seemed to have begun at around no-nut-November if I recall correctly. I am very happy that I joined in midway through November since I was definately a heavy PMO addict since my childhood.

Bro I went to this place and there was an actual model. Super attractive. And I found it so easy to talk to her unlike how I would of been before nofap. Nope... you will feel depleted and tired for maybe 2 days and then the benefits come back again. If you go on a binge and fap multiple times every day then all the benefits are wiped and you need to start from fresh again.
