I'm 52 years old and I woke up to my pmo addiction last year. Nofap has transformed my world and I resonate with all that you are saying here. The three trait you talked about I have felt them too. There is intense self belief and great trust on the universe. It feels like I am not anymore scared of my uncertain future but the uncertainty excites me more as the Universe is backing me up. It feels like I am aligning with some great power. I have never been so creative as I am now. My self improvement journey has got the nitro booster. The inner strength I have now is amazing. I have become more action and value oriented than to just overthink about the problems.

Subscribed. Glad things are going well for you. I feel much better in recent weeks as well and have (for the first time in my life) started focusing on a goal of starting a self help group in my area for men dealing with no fap and abuse survivors. I, after only a few weeks free from drugs, alcohol... See I already posses skills, wisdom and new found knowledge enough to light the way for others. Good fortune to you. The most transforming info in recent weeks for me has been that I need to emit "my" frequency (which I was unknowingly suppressing) into the world rather than tuning in to the frequencies being transmitted. Today I had my first HUGE explosion of super powers. First out of nowhere huge anger. It was so damn hard to handle. Just almost everything and everyone around was irritating me. I was like THE FUCK IS HAPPENING TO ME????? After about an hour the anger started to become something else. I started to feel my energy rising high like never before. It was almost like it was consuming me. In my no fap journey I had never felt something like this. I've had some power ups but never like this. Then it all literally exploded. I was feeling this power coming from me. I walked like a god. It was so strange, boost of confidence, boost of energy. All I was thinking is HOW TO HANDLE IT, IT'S OVERFLOWING ME, IT'S CONSUMING ME, CAN'T CONTROL IT, DAMN IT, I FEEL LIKE ON DRUGS, IS IT EVEN GOOD FOR ME????!!!!! After few hours almost all of it was gone. Now I feel almost normal (almost cause I wonder if I will be able to fall asleep cause there is still this energy within me).

After my car accident 15 years ago, I noticed a beautiful sunset and didn't know why it was so beautiful (of course now thinking back, it was during a natural streak because I was in hospital so no opportunity to be alone to abuse myself.
And also camping with the boys for a week to 10 days felt great, it was because it was also during camping that I did stuff with the boys like hang out and not spend time alone to abuse myself.

Within 2 months of staying away from p**n my anxiety disappeared. I became more non reactive and noticed more women looking at me. Earlier I was entirely self absorbed and bored, but now I could sense their eyes on me. It felt good to ignore it like a HVM and remain on my purpose. My advice to y'all is don't start next month.
