What pillow you recommend sleeping on?

Just like mattresses, I don't make recommendations on pillows. And just like mattresses, you need to find something that works best for you and uses better quality materials for increased durability. You need to size the pillow to you, your sleeping style, and the mattress you use. If you're a side sleeper, something that is substantial enough to maintain good alignment in the lower cervical / upper thoracic region is necessary. If you're on your back, something that isn't too thick (putting you into extreme forward flexion) or too low (putting you into extension) is important. If you sleep prone (stomach) you'll need to use something quite thin, or no pillow at all. There are many different types of materials. Latex is quite durable, including shredded latex for a pillow that is shapeable. Natural fibers, such as wool or cotton, can be durable and comfortable. Fiber filled items can hold shape well, as long as the amount of fibers (ounce rating) is higher. High quality down, with good dense clusters, a high fill power and a high JTU number, can also be quite nice. Some people like memory foam, but make sure it is well ventilated so as to not sleep too warm. As you can see, there are many different options, but there isn't one that is best for everyone.
