OMG Rikky how many screens ?😂 you will be able set up as screens are us ,you really are are not having much luck . I reckon the next stop is a visit to Puig who manufacture screens and see how they come to their conclusions on what works and what doesn't I would imagine a wind tunnel but who knows it might be worth getting in touch you never know ! I don't think anyone has ever done that and it would be very interesting to see ,all the best 👌👍

Yeah I think I could keep a recycling firm in business with all the windscreen plastic I've accumulated over the last few years 😂 It's an interesting idea butg I've already had some unpleasant things ot say about Puig as well as Givi and a couple of others! But I'll think about how I might be able to pull this off at some point since it is a subject that does create quite a lot of interest 😊

In my experience, the bigger the screen, the more vacuum behind it and therefore more turbulence. The only windscreen that has ever worked for me is a Madstad because it's designed to allow airflow under the screen to eliminate turbulence. Or no windscreen at all. Hope you find a solution soon.

The fault could be the angle of the screen. I have one as well and I am experimenting by pushing/leaning the two screens forward very much like a rally screen. Nope, I have some serious buffetting going on up around 100kph. I since re adjusted back to the stock positon to try again and if does the same thing I will be selling the screen. Fine for travel from 60-90kph but yeah above that its was crap in the rally position. More testing before the stock screen goes back on. Oh yeah bounces around like crazy, than again so does the KTM 790 and 890.

what GPS mount is that? I got the "Smartphone Stand Holder Front Mount GPS Navigation Plate Bracket for KTM 390 Adventure R 790 890 Adventure R S ADV Accessories" from amazon .... hopefully the GIVI airflow windshield will fit, because I saw it comes with 2 side mounts that go onto where my GPS holder is 🥹

I got this for my Guzzi V85 and had the exact same experience. On lowest it's pretty much the stock "touring" windscreen performance, but once you start raising it up it goes between tornado and sledgehammer on your shell (and I got a Shoei NXR2, so that's saying something).
Some folk said the Givi D8203ST was good, but the KTM equivalent (7710DT) looks a bit small. I think the best course of action is to either find a lender in your area or look for cheap used ones to try out.
I wonder if 3D printing is a possibility these days.

I'm so glad to hear that I'm not alone with this type of screen... the frustrating thing is that these do work for some people but trying different screens never seem to work out well when I buy them 😂 That screen you mentioned does seem a little narrow doesn't it - the one good thing this 7711 does is take the wind off my shoulders, so I wouldn't want to give that up. I expect I'll try to come up with some spacers and mount this screen at different angles to see what effect that has.
3D printing is an interesting idea but it's looks like decent sized, transparent 3D printed motorcycle screens are not a thing... yet!

Better then a screen which can only be set via an “app”.

Gutted that this one hasn't worked for you. That's a big chuck of money to invest.
It is an ugly thing. I find the standard screen at the highest level fine.
Done 6 hours at 90mph on German autobahn last year no problem.
Actually, that might be your problem! Try going faster to hit the aerodynamic sweet spot 😂
