Great vid! I just started playing and had a question. If a character is on level 2 on the rim and another is on level 1 beside the rim, are these characters considered not adjacent? Meaning they will not need to break away or be able to do close combat actions? How does this affect giant / colossal characters? And if they’re not adjacent, are they able to make ranged attacks even though they’re beside each other? Thanks in advance!
A lot of questions there i will do my best. 1st characters on different elevations are never adjacent even if your on a transition square. 2nd you cannot make close attacks between the 2 without giant reach or some special power. 3rd you can make ranged attacks like normal. 4th no need to breakaway since your not considered adjacent. 5 giant + figures follow all the rules above only weird interaction for them is that they block line of fire regardless of what elevation level your on so you can't see over them but you can see them no matter what elevation is between. Hope this helps
Hello so im new to the game and I have a few questions. If im on the second floor on the rim and my opponent is on the first floor could he use a ranged attack to hit me? If I go up the transitional block to the second floor the one with the steps does my movement stop right there unless I have an improved ability or is this only when you don't use these blocks? And can any getter be inside water and break the brown blocks that break line of fire? Sorry for the questions just not understanding these.
Hello, Thanks for the questions, you can hit me up on discord for more if you want!, but if you use the transitional blocks thats the only time you do not need to stop to move without improved movement. If you are on the rim thats how you can be targeted while on elevated terrain. not sure what your question is about water and blocking. you do not need to be in water to break blocking and normally any character that can deal 3 damage or more can break them
