    Just cannot see how a 60 million USD Mission Bay school will get done. That sounds like a down payment. The number of kids per $dollar will be staggering.
    Consider ending lottery admission as a start and go back to inter district transfer requests for schools wirh smaller enrollment projections.
    Close the old Mcateer and development that area the kids were supposed to be at city hall theater district already.
