He says it is born in sin bc Jews are disobeying sharia law by governing over land that was once conquered as Islamic. Land rules in Islam posit that Muslims are superior humans who are owed all land on earth; colony is codefor land that is “occupied” by non Muslim government
Once land is conquered by Muslims, it is deemed Islamic indefinitely. It is deemed a personal insult to reject the divine order where Muslims get to rule over Jews and Christians as 3rd class citizens (after all Atheists & other polytheists l are slaughtered)
All this language is Muslim brotherhood code mixed w Cold War ussr propaganda

It is actually a good position to argue…specifically if you are a lawyer.
Imagine how hard would be to make a cohesive case for someone that has shot themselves in the foot time and time again.
Israel might of found a way to get out of the partition plan in the future but Palestinians just made it too easy.
They just kept getting weaker and still chose to engage in violence.
Now the only party they trust to fight for them has terrible reputation for obvious reasons and engage in policies that are looked down upon in the west.
Omar’s dip💩 take “Palestine has the right to chose how they want to live, chose for themselves”
They want to follow Iran politics when even Persians distance themselves from all that. Met plenty of them and American Persians that say that the government doesn’t represent them. They like the old style of European style leaders.
I’m Hispanic and even the Turkish do a lot of propaganda in our groups😂.
They sell a moderate, westernized style of living with the only difference that they follow Islam rather than Christianity.
That’s the only chess piece that’s propagandized as the difference.

But this dude is studying Islamic studies or whatever, so obviously has zero training in history. This is the definition of confirmation bias. Having a grand narrative before knowing the evidence, and then adding evidence as you go along to 'boost' your position. Most scholars actually spend more time quizing and challenging their OWN evidence rather than presenting it as if it were prestine ..

      @4x4r974 21 день назад

@@bahram6133 He is not providing evidence. He is providing cherry picked quotes that he is trying to pass as evidence. Obviously slimy. The context of all private letters between 1880 and 1920 that mention colonialism are in the context of the authors PANDERING to British officials. It does not mean they actually supported colonialism. Much like modern states pander to the west by speaking about "democracy". Benny Morris' public statements from 2004 about needing a 'cage' and what not are obviously in the context of intifada terrorism. They make sense in that context. And that is why you won't find such statements, say, from 1990. All the quotes about "transfer being inevitable" or a "Jewish state not being able to survive" with a substantial Arab minority within it ALSO come from periods of war and terrorism. The entire argument about Israel not wanting a 2 state solution is also misleading. Israel has been increasingly resisting the idea of a terrorist-run Palestine having a standing army. For obvious reasons. And this is interpreted as not giving Palestine "sovereignty". The notion that Jews arrived organized in 1880 to buy land and turn it into a state is also totally misleading. Individual Jews were arriving dirt poor, mostly from other Arab countries. There were massacres as early as in the 1880s. And the only reason they were not on the land was a) because they had been cleansed and b) they were subjuguated as dhimmi under the muslim conquest. I can keep going and going. If you were convinced by isolated quotes from documents whose context you don't know, you need some training in historical methods.

If the supposed mistake is coming from a lack of knowledge about an event that happend, the dr mostly stated what happend and quoted a historian destiny trust as a reliable source, in other words he stated what he believes actually happend and provided a source. This is basic requirement in a „scientific“ debate, and if destiny doubts the motivation of a person/organization , the dr quotes the person/ organisation to extract the motivation of a person that did something.
Im actually suprised how well he researched and had everything on hand, knew if im not mistaken literally every event anyone mentioned, knew ideas/theories surrounding the topic, stayed respectful.
It really showed, how destiny and his fans are actually how many people claim they are, hive minded, resorting to „debate“ tactis, insults etc.
It seems if destiny is firm on a standpoint and not willing to change, he resorts to „debate tactics“ when the opponent actually knows more than destiny.
In other debates with unexperienced or bad debators he had clearly won, but here he actually got angry for the dr to have sources on hand

They then go ahead and discuss the quote and agree on relevant context that actually supports Destiny's claim more than Javad's. Javad then introduces more quotes to support his claim but tries to change the subject afterwards. How is this a Javad win? Surface level observation supports Javad but everytime they try to dig deeper and actually analyze his quotes, he is not able to support anything he says.

Of course there were a handful of times where the Moderator did have to repeatedly remind Dr.Hashmi that he would get his turn to speak but that he could in fact allow Destiny a minute of uninterrupted time. He's lying in 2:27:55, the Naksa (not Naska like he claims) is not about people having fled. The entire word means "setback", which clearly shows that it is almost entirely seen as a military defeat in a war that should have been won in their mind. Any people having fled were very few people and their fate is not what the Naksa is about, so Destiny's point is still standing there.
Also, Hashmi doesn't add anything about this issue, he is just talking about it to deflect from Destiny's correct argument there. Hashmi is very good in deflecting points exactly when it suits him.
