Not to mention sharing their happy passionate energy in cooking always makes me happy personally ^^!!!! Ohh and i definitely love all the background musics!!!!!!
Chef John is great, no doubt about that... But I really don't see why people have to whine every time a new chef is featured I personally like it more when they bring in different chefs...it gives us a chance to appreciate the variations in their styles of cooking and their temperaments
We can't stick to chef John all the time , sometimes he is busy and need to relax . new chef has some new thing for us to learn . miss chef John but also respect new chef .

Simple just Do Deep fry tool, on this video he use wok pan, so you can do this method with Deep fry tool, and if you said "OMG 1 Gallon Of Oil" yeah that method off cook this called DEEP FRY
The ingredients are perfectly fresh... So colorful, love them... The way you drizzle t fish is fascinating 🥰 yet frightening 😅 will it be crispier doing it that way?

從魚身片肉、魚尾劃十字刀的古典刀工，到先拍粉後掛漿，淋油、復炸等技法，完完全全地正統派。
以鱸魚代替鯉魚，沒了小刺，更適合現代人的食習。
加了泡椒，稍稍地突顯大廚出身四川的特點，在經典上表現了個性，已經是藝術創作了。
芡汁的透明度稍差一點。可能是因為大廚先將玉米粉與醬油等調料兊汁後再加熱，而非傳統的先煮汁後掛芡所造成。
但無論如何，小瑕不掩大瑜，依然是一道無與倫比的佳作！
可惜后面没有写配方。视频快的停不住看清楚。
