Chef Yohanes Adhijaya, the founder of RAGI Baking Course & Academy, has dedicated the past seven years to teaching bakery and pastry techniques with a focus on natural sourdough, avoiding chemicals like preservatives and dough conditioners. His journey began after graduating from Poltekpar NHI Bandung, where he completed a thesis on using fruit fermentation water as a substitute for conventional ingredients. His career, spanning from working in restaurants to becoming a business development manager at a baking center, revealed his passion for teaching. The pandemic accelerated the shift to online courses, leading to rapid growth, national and international student base. At RAGI, he aims to inspire and support students, fostering a community that drives positive change in the baking industry.
