    This is more like the vlogs you make that bring the Joy and Excitement of travelling outside of the cities, seeing more of older Architecture and Temples.
    I dont like cities at all so I really appreciate you and Winny doing these day trips.
    Definately would like more content like this and if its possible to go up into mountain villages, maybe as an overnight or weekend trip to see a more rustic and authentic Thailand.
    Thank you.Damien and Winny....
    So good to see you so much more relaxed and glowing ( but maybe not so much in the energy draining heat ) 🙏🙏🙏

    Another Great vlog on the shoestring bro ! It is good that they stop tourist from climbing onto the stupas, easier to take pictures without people on it 😂

    Now this is more the kind of place I would be visiting, much better than city, as I'm more into nature/historical remains 😁😉Train station looks cool as well! Yeah same here in Belgium, old trains covered in graffiti...

    Try such a train trip 3rd class without airco from Ubon Ratchathani to Bangkok like I did, it lasted more than 9 hours and the train was completely packed, with 37 degrees Celsius, it was the worst and heaviest trip of my life, I will never travel in a train In Thailand again without airco!

    5🪃🪃🪃🪃🪃 vlog one of your very best so interesting and showed how to get to Ayutthaya at a decent price looking at going there some years back with a tour company charging around 100 dollars per person Australian for cruise and temple tour ,learning the train system is a must for tourists to Thailand saving on tours would enable you to spend extra nights in Bangkok thanks to you both so glad to see you both happy regards Dave

    Great vlog. This was exactly what I was looking as I planning a day trip to Ayutthaya all by myself.
    One question : Did you/Can you purchase your return ticket to Bangkok in advance when you arrived at Ayutthaya or you can only buy it in the evening?

    • @TheMonkeys
      @TheMonkeys  Год назад

      If you would like to go by 3rd class train what we did you just have to buy tickets minutes before departure, just seats are no guarantee on this train, if you would like to go to Bang Sue Grand Station by 2nd class train is different seats are reserved so better to book it upfront even 1-2 days earlier

    • @TheMonkeys

      That’s perfect example of risk taking, we took a risk, either you succeed or fail, time will show. For now we are loosing money every single day, but it can be worth it in the future if some fine people gonna notice us, if not we fail and try over again back in Bali

    • @TheMagicofJava
      @TheMagicofJava Год назад +4

      The short answer is with difficulty. But as Damian has explained he was not allowed to work in Bali. Winny had a good job, but not well paid, and prices in Bali are rising fast. So this is an investment in their future. Brave yes, but being unable to work in Bali maybe a necessity.
