@@PaulArcher Land registry C Charges Register says: Registerd charge dated 12/11/2020 by Lloyds TSB. I am in a process of buying this property. How can i ensure the seller settle this charge before completion? I assume seller secured a loan against this property. Can a seller even sell without settling this, or it can be passed on? Appreciate your help.

Is there any way or register a property myself to the land registry from the Sasines Register (Scotland)
There's no reason why not Sean, it's public domain after all, but do check with them first
Thank you
Is there anyway to find the amount of charge (e.g from Lloyds tsb) and whether its been settled and can discharge from charge register?
Only by paying them a few pounds for the privilege - the Land Registry, that is. Or doing a credit search on the person who holds the first mortgage
