I wish more ladies knew about the MTHFR gene and how these people cannot process folic acid and the tendency to miscarriage. The word needs to get out. It helps ladies to conceive to know and to keep their baby. God bless you.❤

How do you know if you carry that gene? And should those people take a lot of folic acid? I lost my baby and they still haven’t said what caused me to dilate other then infection that they don’t know what infection 😭

I’m so glad you touched on prenatals and didn’t completely shun them! I follow a lot of “crunchy” accounts and they ended up making me feel a bit guilty for taking prenatals in my first pregnancy but I knew personally I wasn’t going to get everything I needed from food alone, especially with food aversions in the first trimester! I also took the ones from Needed and am taking them again now in my second pregnancy. 😊

I would love for you to do a video on thyroid support. My levels have been up and down over the years, I’d like to get them under better control.

That's good! I hope part of what you take away from this video: Supporting a healthy pregnancy is really not all that different from supporting a healthy body at any stage in life!

What supplements did you take with PCOS to help heal your body and get pregnant?

How many beef liver capsules did you take daily? I think the dose is around 6 capsules for some, but also trying not to overdo it since the prenatal (Needed) has a good amount of Vitamin A!
