East Pine Street Corridor - Unsolved Homicides: Daniel Sixtos

We are continuing to ask our community to help #SantaAnaPD Homicide Detectives with any information that may help solve several gang related homicides that have occurred in the past few years in the East Pine Street corridor.
Another one of those cases is of victim Daniel Sixtos who was shot and killed on January 29, 2022, in the area of Pine Street and Oak Street. Unfortunately, Daniel Sixtos succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Newly obtained surveillance video has revealed the suspect vehicles involved in the homicide, to be a newer model white Honda Civic and a black GMC Terrain. The center caps on the rims of the black GMC and the running board underneath the front driver side of the vehicle appear to be missing.
Detectives also believe the black GMC Terrain is involved in the second video’s shooting that occurred on March 12, 2022, in the area of 700 W. Highland Street.
Due to the nature of this case, it is eligible for the Santa Ana PD Gang Homicide Reward Program - [phone]. Detectives encourage anyone with information regarding the suspect vehicles in this case to come forward.
