This episode is just a reminder that differ Overlord from other Isekai, you are not watching the Anime in the perspective of an hero, but a villain. Ainz isn't a good person that happens to do bad things, he is a bad person that is capable of doing good things to a limited amount of people.
I think of the RPGs that let you play as the villain. This is what everyone imagines it will be like. What I thought was so well done is that I really felt bad for the “heros”. The show really did a good job developing them, just to have them all get killed off.
