I have visited in Singapore 2017 december . Its one of the most expensive country . You are right people is very friendly attitude they stay always happy . But in London people are very cranky and arrogant. Singapore is best country . ChAngi airport iS very beautiful . You can spend your time like that only. It's worlds best airport by the way.

Visited Singapore in Nov 2019 with my wife and some friends. Truly one of the most incredible cities I've ever been to. The perfect blend of modern amenities/cleanliness with a thriving culture and amazing food as well. Honestly, if I was offered a job there or something I would move there in a heartbeat lol.

Go to the MRT station connected to the airport. Buy an EZlink card (applicable for bus and train) and ask for a train map. Train and bus stations are pretty straightforward. You won't get lost. Cab there is super duper expensive (but with honest drivers).
One thing to note is that some people/locals appear to be "rude or not so friendly". But don't interpret it negatively. It's just the way that they want things to be done fast. You'll get a lot of that from old "aunties" that you'd encounter in shops. You'd be lucky if you won't get scolded ^_^ . Bonus TIP: they're HELLO has a lot of meanings. hello = excuse me. hello, hello = what do you want hello, hello, hello = hurry up, you’re wasting my time hello, hello, hello, hello = go to hell.

I can't really figure whether you are making fun of Singapore or America. Every country is different, the Americans fought for their freedom in countless civil wars over the centuries and has matured over time, but Singapore is a young country and still needs time to develop our rights and freedom. We could definitely work on our archaic strict laws, media and freedom of speech by a lot. But if you mean the freedom to walk on the streets at night without getting robbed, we have way more of that than America.

Looking at this video reminds me of when I went to Singapore last year. The long almost 18 hour flight from SFO was so worth it. I had high expectations for this country and it exceeded all of it and them some! Can't wait to go back.

Finally got to come here, and I will say it was probably one my favorite vacations ever, I only liked Tokyo a bit more, and also its hot, but i was still able to walk all day long.

To answer your question… Singapore (as a visitor) can be affordable or expensive really depending on the type of experience that you decide to have. If you decide to eat at fine dining restaurants then, yes, it will be expensive partly since Singapore has numerous Michelin star restaurants. At the same time, Singapore has hawker stands where families have been preparing delicious food for generations. I tend to eat at the hawker stands since the food was good and also at a more than reasonable price (of course the currency exchange rate will make a difference). Once again, I hope that you either got the chance to go or that you will in the future!

The country is so beautiful, clean and amazingly organized. The elderly people are quite friendly and helpful. Loved the Jewel Changi, Merlion Park, Marina Bay, China Town, Kampong Glam/ Arab street and so many things 😍 Had an amazing Eid last year in August! Hope to visit again someday soon

One of my favorite places in the world....I have 3 nights there in Oct 17. Love the riverside restaurants at Boat Quay and the bustling nightlife @ Clarke Quay. Will definately do an evening in Gardens by the Bay this time, and put on about a stone in weight haha.
Hassan Ripon it can be quite expensive, however there are lots of tips on how to explore Singapore in a budget here on RUclips and via google search. Use hotel comparison sites such as Trivago to find accommodation to your budget, eat at hawker centers where the locals go, and away from tourist areas like Clarke quay & the Marina area. Also use the MRT & busses to get around...2 & 3 day passes available. Its a great city, clean & safe, even if you are travelling Aline :-)

Singapore is the most awesome place I've ever been to. The people are so friendly whenever I'm asking for help. The food is just incredible and extremely cheap at Hawker Centers ($2-$4). Not to mention Ride Sharing (Like Uber, but it's called Grab) is dirt cheap too I'm trying to upload more Singapore videos on my channel. Such an amazing country guy!!!

The country is so beautiful, clean and amazingly organized. The elderly people are quite friendly and helpful. Loved the Jewel Changi, Merlion Park, Marina Bay, China Town, Kampong Glam/ Arab street and so many things 😍 Had an amazing Eid last year in August! Hope to visit again someday soon

One of my favorite places in the world....I have 3 nights there in Oct 17. Love the riverside restaurants at Boat Quay and the bustling nightlife @ Clarke Quay. Will definately do an evening in Gardens by the Bay this time, and put on about a stone in weight haha.

it can be quite expensive, however there are lots of tips on how to explore Singapore in a budget here on RUclips and via google search. Use hotel comparison sites such as Trivago to find accommodation to your budget, eat at hawker centers where the locals go, and away from tourist areas like Clarke quay & the Marina area. Also use the MRT & busses to get around...2 & 3 day passes available. Its a great city, clean & safe, even if you are travelling Aline :-)

this video and the research behind pretty much encapsulates what Singapore is about! Only thing missing would probably be our HDB flats and neighbourhoods, and the coffeeshops and markets many locals hang out at too!

Singapore is the most awesome place I've ever been to. The people are so friendly whenever I'm asking for help. The food is just incredible and extremely cheap at Hawker Centers ($2-$4). Not to mention Ride Sharing (Like Uber, but it's called Grab) is dirt cheap too

My favourite destination for spending my free time in this Romeo Tan's country, so I can shop, meet and greet with MediaCorp Chinese Artistes (Romeo Tan, Pierre Png, Elvin Ng, etc), celebrate national day by watching the parade, eat & drink, explore and many more exciting joy. I always fly with FlyScoot and Indonesia AirAsia (QZ) and many best flights to visit and transit here, in Jewel Changi there's a first Pokemon Center outside Japan and the tallest & biggest waterfall to be a must visit.
