It seems your technician is not following your instructions correctly. The rack need to go over the passenger handlebar and not behind: www.shad.es/descargas/shad9680.pdf Edit: at 1:12 it has been corrected in the next scene
Hi, I'm sorry, we do not have that picture. In any case, several measures are taken into account in the design of all our fitments (distance to the rear footrest, height of cases once installed vs seat height, total width...) in order to guarantee full usability of the bike in any circumstances. In minute 1'51" you can see the cases are lower than the seat and there is enough room for passenger's legs and feet given the distance to the footrest. Hope this helps.
Hi. You're right. This video was uploaded sometime with the only intention to show someone how to install this fitment. There is a lot to improve here. About where to buy it, you can find your nearest distributor in www.shad.es/en/shad-asia/distributors/c5/ but we work also with many online dealers and many of them can sell in different countries, so you can also check your preferred accessories online dealers.
Hi, for Kawa ER6 our 3P System includes two additional pieces to move the turning lights to a right and visible position. A pdf showing the installation can be downloaded here: www.shad.es/en/shad-world/products/fittings/er6-n-f/2015/c12mar3mod191mot3806/ But you need to check your local regulation, since in some countries, to modify the original position is not allowed (even when it is done for security reasons).
Top.

Hi, thanks! I've read the instruction doc... Neat solution so the signal lamps will stand out & not covered by the bags. (y)
Switch the damned music off.
