Shorter URL’s tend to be in greater demand, so the players who have enough money to buy them tend to get those domains. Meaning, they have more resources available to build a site and do other activities. Also, shorter URL’s match a lot of big brand names. Coca-Cola.com or GE.com, it’s not the fact it’s a shorter url that helps it rank, but a corporate powerhouse behind the domain.
Another awesome video, congrats, you are setting the standard. Your CTR tips sound great, but what would you suggest to improve CTR for a service company (ex. digital agency), adding a number to the title and commercial intent.

That's missing in your examples above and its just as important if not more since an unappealing subject line might result in the email not being opened at all. Google is pretty smart, so it's OK to have it spread out. But I personally prefer to have the exact keyword in my title
