@nichomecooking I am Zimbabwean Australian and I found this channel cause I was looking for a recipe for a Zimbabwean meat pie and the closest I found was your Zambian recipe so I was well like well we are technically the same people and only separated by the Victoria Falls and the I stayed for the other delicious recipes. Tried this recipe using shoulder of lamb. Didn’t have fresh rosemary and sage so I used 4 pinch of dried rosemary and 3 pinch of dried sage. Outcome was very delicious. This will be my regular recipe for shoulder of lamb instead of curry all the time. My daughter said it was yummy.

@@nichomecooking actually I tried cooking goat yesterday with same recipe and it came out great!!! Only difference is Instead of letting it slow cook for 45 minutes I slow cooked it for two hours since goat is a little bit tough meat. It was falling off the bone and the spices were so good even my roommates couldn't help but compliment me. Thank you.

Whats the conversation from millilitres to cups? Cause when you say 500 millitres of water how many cups is that?

I use a digital scale to measure my ingredients, so I don’t know how much that is in cups
