Very interesting, but Jochen 'submarined' in the car which is what killed him - you can see this in the actual film of the car after impact - with his legs sticking out and, I think, one foot severed. He seems to be sitting up here !! He almost certainly was dead at the scene because his throat was cut by the belt buckle. Jackie Stewart saw him soon afterwards and said he knew Jochen was dead because there was no blood pumping out of his horrendous foot injury - meaning of course that his heart had stopped.
Jochen Rindt had no problem to control the wingless car. He was outstanding in regards to car control. Just look at the existing footage before the accident happened. The right front brakeshaft broke when he put on the brakes before the Parabolica. He even delayed the braking because he realized that sth was going wrong. The same mechanical failure happened on John Miles' car at Zeltweg 2 weeks before under not so severe circumstances.
@@SupBro-ww9go Well the reason he used the belts the way he did was because he didn't want to risk burning to death if the car ever caught on fire. He clearly wouldn't have to worry as much about that today.

In realtà, per quanto l'impatto fosse stato devastante per l'auto, strappandone via tutto il davanti, Rindt morì perché non stringeva mai le cinture di sicurezza, gli davano fastidio. Didn’t the car wreck. Because the inboard break shaft broke. Didn’t Rindt get dragged/ pushed out because of Gs after the car ripped it’s nose and pedal box off when hitting the guard rail? Didn’t Rindt not have a 5-6 point seat belt. Is why he went under the dash and wheel? Didn’t the seat belt, steering wheel and dash. Break his neck? Wasn’t his right foot severed. Wasn’t there no bleeding? Meaning his heart had stopped as his neck was broken? Cutting off all involuntary electrical nerve signals from the brain to the heart? I’m just asking.

Chiaramente guasto meccanico
Sadly, this accident happened because of the missing rear wing. The Lotus was just too unstable because of that.
No Colin Chapman moved the brakes conducts in the chassis and as a result both lotus cars had brake issues.

it wasnt the lack of the rear wing, look at how well his car was controlled multiple races before his fatal crash. it was because of a broken shaft

It could have been a mechanical failure, also another theory is that the car became very unstable under braking due to the removal of the rear wing

The car pushed under the barrier and stopped, it didn’t continue spinning into the gravel.

You must be thinking of another crash. This is exactly how Rindt's crash at Monza 1970 looked.
