Hi Nicki, I bring to church my NKJV Bible, my sermon notebook, yellow highlighter and a mechanical pencil. I Do write in my Bible now. I was one that said “I will never write in my Bible” I do struggle with note 📝 taking. I also do write down the scriptures so I can go back to review them. Do you have tips on good notes 📝 taking that you can share? Glad to hear you’re settled in your new home. May the Lord continue blessing you and your family with all of His blessings and peace 🙏🏽🕊❤️
I take my Bible bag that holds my Bible, multi pen, colored pencils, small writing tablet and my phone. I use colored pencils in my Bible instead of highlighters. Happy Sunday.💞
Hi Nickie really nice to hear from you all the way from London. Your channel I came across today is wonderful and "straight to the point" . Having seen your own "3 colour coding" set-up is actually inspiring. I therefore will be adopting a similar approach as of today and in the foreseeable future. Thank you for your inspiration and insight. I hope you and your family are recovering from that awful cold and may the Lord bless you and keep you . 😇Take care😊
I have recently discovered I can create my own interleave bible by cutting copy paper to the exact size of my bible, run the edge of the page across the top of a glue stick and then stick the page in the gutter (between the pages) of my bible. No need to make every other page blank. Start with the book you are studying in church and add blank pages to that book. For church I take my bible, my sermon note journal and my sharpie no bleed pen.
Thank you for sharing your church bag. I have a tote bag for church that has of course my Bible, small bag for my highlighters and pens, hand sanitizer and kleenex.
I bring my Christian planner that has a sermon page and then I study it in my Bible when I get home. The verses are on the church screen plus our church app.
@@nickidrake I have medical issues that keep me mostly homebound. I have been praying for God to lead me to a church online. I would love to know how I can watch your church services online.
I still have to watch online because I can't drive, and the nearest church is Catholic, and I'm not Catholic. So, I just watch online. Before the situation, a church outreach program came to our building to hold church. But that ended during the situation.
Really like this, still after being with you for several months now I still can’t write a lot in my Bible. Highlighting a little yes but writing not yet!
My Pastor does the same thing as your Pastor we used NIV and then in 2011 NIV changed the pronouns so our Pastor now uses NASB. Each Sunday we receive a sermon sheet with his outline. He will reference other translation verses in his message and always ends with application, we are currently studying the book of James which goes with our Small Group Study. Our Mission Statement is "Preparing People for Eternity" I take my ESV Bible, pens and a pencil. I do have a highlighter I do like your 3 color choices and I take sticky notes and a small thin notebook. What I truly am thankful for is when I have a question from his message. He will provide additional scripture verses, commentaries and reference books to allow me to dig deeper instead of him giving me his answers. Still working in your Verse Mapping Workbook I take it to work to work in during lunch.Love love love it
I use to take my journal bible but I now take my church bible because the fount is giant print. I take notes on the bulletin that has a blank page on the back for notes. I don’t then can take that and study more at home with my journal bible. I enjoy my highlighters and pens that don’t bleed through. And of course my post it’s.
I just use a little notebook for my notes. I don't know when I was saved (not baptized though), but it was during the situation, so I have a rough idea when. i only know about the video from the small group. You need to keep up with the algorithm.
Hey Beauty! Check out my verse mapping playlist and my exclusive verse mapping book on Amazon!
Love this video! So glad you are back in your home church. I take my mini bible to church and a highlighter. We are going through Revelation now!! ❤️

Love this and I missed your videos!! 💜
My granddaughter called it “hanitizer” when she was little. That’s what I call it now…lol
Perfect name!! 😉
My 3yr old daughter calls it "hanitizer" too ❤️

You should check with a church in your local area you’re interested in for a bus service.
My Bible has note pages in the back, the last note page I use it as a pen test page.
