This is The Megalodon water slide at SplashDown Beach! in Fishkill, New York, United States. On this four-person raft-ride, guests plunge down a steep drop leading into a so-called TornadoWAVE where they swing up a wall, experiencing a short moment of weightlessness before plunging down the wall on the other side. After another enclosed tunnel, they eventually end their ride. The ride requires a minimum of two guests.

I have to say I am a little surprised that you didn't make it to Splish Splash or the Kartrite Resort since they're also in the state of New York. I hope you can get there next year.
