Will playing tug of war make your dog aggressive?
Will it make your dog the "dominant alpha" over you?
Will letting your dog win tug-of-war create behavior problems?
    The short answer: no!
So why is this something that I hear all the time from trainers and pet parents alike?
It often comes down to 2 things: an outdated, debunked methodology and the human ego!
(And trusting poor advice from people promoting the first 2 things)
Don't be a sore loser and let your dog win!

Very interesting. We never played tug due to our vet recommending against it but as you brought up he working off old information. He became a vet in the 70s

There are plenty of great reasons not to play tug of war... and there are some that aren't.

You are the best channel on U tube, there are so many on U tube giving bad advice to terrible advice - and it is really too bad. I watched a girl yesterday with two dauchunds and they were jumping off her bed and on,,, terrible for their backs,,,, and the entire video had lots of bad stuff like that - this kind of thing should be audited before its posted!

Yes I agree, it’s much better to make videos like these where you never actually show your dogs or training methods in action. Do they work? Of course they do because she said so! 👏 👏 👏

Hey! This is irrelevant to the video subject but could you please do a couple videos eventually? I'd be appreciative if you could do a grain vs grain free dog food video, since the hype of it is still circulating around a bit. And the second one is the potential differences between foods marketed for specific life stages in a kibble!

Hi Skylar, could you review Annamaet dog supplements? They look okay, but I'd love a nutritionist's review. I can't find a third party review of their supplement line. Thanks!
