- **Featured Legacy Soap** Arko & Taconic Soap Combo, an Arkp stick mixed with a Taconic Eucalyptus Mint Glycerin puck. Combining a Tallow & a Glycerin soap can often provide better performance than the original soaps.
***Razor***This is the fourth razor in my series of low priced razors costing AU$20 or less, today’s razor is the King.C.Gillette (KCG), a DE89 style razor made in Germany (head) & China (handle) that I picked up for AU$15 on special at my local Supermarket. However, I do find the handle quite heavy (razor: 104gm) and uncomfortable to use so I’ve swapped it for a WCS Bamboo handle (razor: 68gm).
**Shave Result** With this combined soap I first bloomed the soap cup with 50ml of warm water for 10-15mins, collected the bloom water, loaded my damp brush with about 30sec load from the bloomed soap and then built my bowl lather adding bloom water during the build. Lather was creamy, medium density with excellent overall performance. To me the scent is a Citronella forward and Eucalyptus & Mint aroma, scent strength 7/10. Awesome clean, smooth BGS from the KCG and Gillette Platinum blade.

Thank you Gary👌 I don't combine soaps often but it can save a soap (from the shower) sometimes or you can make your own scent by combining soaps, you don't need to combine the whole tub like i did here, you can combine a couple of scoops together. Arko or Derby sticks are great for boosting a soap that doesn't lather so good. Take care brother👌😎👌

Certainly helps to be thinner when we are older, my goal is to keep moving the weight down to less dangerous levels, it's made a big difference in my health already with T2 Diabetes now virtually reversed and I'm on minimal meds for it now. Take care brother.👌😎👌
