lol the "ford owner's tracks vs chevy owner's tracks" desktop background I swear my 2004 Suburban has been in the shop more than my old car. This time it's a cracked oil pan. Somehow.
From the bottom of my heart i want to say thank you... This is my first time using Creation kit... I was watching another video for Form 43 and i couldn't figure out how he set the data file.. But you properly showed it.... Really thank you
I am glad it worked for you. I could not tell you how to do that stuff today because I don't play Skyrim. I only have, maybe, 11 hours of playing the game.
I have problem, I copied manually file " IcePenguinWorldMap.esp " from mod A Quality World Map, which MOD Manager 2.51 said it is in form 43 and need to be converted to form 44. But, Creation Kit do not want to recognize or even see that file in list, and I followed your instructions very closely.....what am I doing wrong here ???
I'm late, but I was just having the same problem but I was able to solve it by opening Creation Kit through MO2. I had the same problem with SSEEdit/QuickAutoClean.
There is one ESP that I couldn't even load into the Creation Kit because it's got 4 or 5 Masters attached to it and the kit aborts the load attempt the moment it notices that detail. Is there a way to get past that? Or should I just get rid of the mod that has that ESP attached? It's still in Form Factor 43.
What about mods that require multiple master files? I trying to convert "Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim," but every time I try I get an error message saying multiple master files are being used and it will abort the operation. Is there anything that can be done?
hey if you still mod or whatevs, Gamerpoets has a great video on how to set up CreationKit and a super simple step you can do to fix this problem. In the game folder you can find a CreationKit.ini which you can open, just go in there, click on the first line right under general and paste " bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1 " right into it, save and exit and you should be good to enable multiple master files. Hope this helps anyone else stuck on this. Link to GamerPoets post: ruclips.net/video/l3FuJA1UGvQ/видео.htmlsi=8fRRrMg_nrIYGGO7
Hi there, your video is really helpful. Just one problem I can't seem to get the mod to work. It doesn't show op in the mod menu in game. And when I load it in to the creation kit it tells me there are things missing or not biped correctly. I was trying to convert the mod smartcast could you help me please?
Sorry for the delay. I'm sorry to tell you that I am no longer dealing with Skyrim mods and that I don't know what the smartcast mod is. I went back to The Witcher 3 and Fallout 4.
Hey, sorry for being late, but when I try to save via creation kit, it gives me several errors, and then I try to save and it says saving failed. I'm using this through Mod Organizer 2 if that helps at all. If I need to state what mods are specifically form 43 and it can help, I can. Thank you in advance to anyone who can help.
Sorry for the late reply. It's been a couple of years since I have done any conversions or played the game. I think it has to do with porting the mod from LE to SE.
Bro, this helped on a thing that i tried searching a lot, that the file never appeared to be selected in the CK, but putting in the data folder it made appear. But one thing that makes me unable to complete the conversion is that the file that i want to be form 44 is a .esm not a .esp like in the video, is there a way to convert even when the file is a .esm?, because when i try to make it an active file, it just wont change to an active one.
It's been years since I touched anything Skyrim related. I've since been playing better games. ESMs cannot be converted to Form 44. You would need that mod to be ported to SE, if that creator wants to convert it. You'll have to ask them.
@@hoshino8899 You can use a program called Wrye Bash (which you probably have if you're modding your game) to make a copy of the file in .esp format, convert that .esp file through Creation Kit to form 44, then make a copy back to .esm through Wrye Bash again.
Unfortunately, you can't. Since it's going through the Creation Kit, you can only do one at a time. And you have to close Creation Kit each time. The CK will crash if you try to make a different esp the active one.
The screensaver had me in tears

Just use the Special edition version of the mod

Hey there, I tried following you instructions, but whenever I convert it, the file size is different from the original, am doing something wrong?
my form 43 worldspace just crashes the creation kit, when i try to load it
What was the modding site he was talking about?
If its a mod that has some dependencies, is there a way to bypass the errors which says some master files are missing?
Great video. Concise and clear. Thanks. Liked.
u the GOAT. period.
doesn't work for master esms
You are so Awesome!!!

Glad to hear that!

@@mwclarksr Oh okay Thanksies
You didn't explain what this SSEEdit is or where to get it...
you use it to clean mods but is not necessary to port the mod
is there any way to do this without creation kit? like with xedit or something
@Kijo Kong not sure what you mean, my data file as a bunch of creation kit content that i got from the ingame menu
Me too!!!
Love your wallpaper!
Lol The wallpaper xD
