House Flipper 2 Sandbox Mode - Historical Home Speed Build Part 1

Hi! Welcome to yet another new project (oops) After visiting my mom in America and seeing some beautiful homes nearby where she lives, I had to start a project building one. Here's day one's progress! That roof took an hour itself..
Ignore the fact it is in the woods right now, I moved it to the neighborhood the next day (I'm so used to using the woods I nearly forgot we had more options..)
The homes I saw are part of a Historic District and they are all so unique and amazing. This smaller red one was my favorite so I've started with that one :)

Beautiful. When you do a speed build, do you map out what you are going to do in advance? I have a bunch of trouble with HF2 measurements when I'm going to recreate homes.

Thank you!! I have mapped one out once and it really helped, I need to remember to more often! 😂 Usually it's guess work for me and I end up having to expand or size down!
