1. Punishment for violating the constitution: Violating the constitution is a serious crime, and those responsible should be prosecuted. Military leaders involved in coups or illegal interventions could face punishment for treason or unconstitutional activities, such as life imprisonment or other legal penalties.
2. Control of the military according to the constitution: A strong government must keep the military under control as per the constitution. The military should be compelled to follow its designated role-ensuring national security and defense.
3. Ensuring accountability: It is important to hold leaders and officers responsible for military interventions accountable. Those who undermine the democratic process should face justice and be penalized.
However, for this to happen, a strong judiciary, independent democratic institutions, and public support are necessary. If a strong government wants to take action against such military interference, it must strengthen the rule of law and democratic processes in the country.
Urdu Translation:
اگر پاکستان میں ایک مضبوط اور جمہوری حکومت ہو، تو آئین کے مطابق سیاست اور انتظامیہ میں فوجی مداخلت کے لیے سزائیں ہونی چاہئیں۔ پاکستان کا آئین واضح طور پر بیان کرتا ہے کہ فوج کا بنیادی کام قومی دفاع ہے، اور حکومت ان کی سرگرمیوں کی نگرانی کی ذمہ دار ہے۔ اگر فوج آئین کی خلاف ورزی کرتی ہے اور سیاسی طاقت پر قبضہ کرتی ہے، تو اس کے لیے کئی سزائیں ہو سکتی ہیں:
1. آئین کی خلاف ورزی کی سزا: آئین کی خلاف ورزی ایک سنگین جرم ہے، اور اس کے ذمہ دار افراد کو انصاف کے کٹہرے میں لانا چاہیے۔ فوجی رہنما جو بغاوت یا غیر قانونی مداخلت میں ملوث ہوں، ان پر غداری یا آئین کے خلاف کارروائی کے الزامات عائد کیے جا سکتے ہیں، جیسے کہ عمر قید یا دیگر قانونی سزائیں۔
