the easiest way i have found to learn 2pray is2 download the prayer from imanproject & to listen to it while u pray.so4each prayer i would have the rite prayer on my phone&read along with it while i did the actions.its the best way i think to learn! inshallah it helps u as much as it helped me.

Assalamu alaikum, I have a hard time with positioning my right foot while sitting. It is super painful no matter what I do, my foot doesn't want to stretch like that. I would not think that salat should be painful.
Salam Alaikum, can you put up a link to this song you played at the end please? do you have proof please that you only say 'Ibrahimiyya' in the last sitting in all prayers, cos i read somewhere i can say it in both tashahud's.. sorry i can't remember where... plus you didn't mention making intention.... before starting the prayer, or what is your opinion on that, pls?
