For my pve Sader build, an aux GF added 15% more damage because of firestorm. This gem is really more for builds that focus on fire without good wind skills. It could be a great gem, if the evasion wasn't strifed; however, I'm glad it is, as I don't need to build up another gem. This and Wulf are my aux heroes!
It's main use in my book is to stack with roiling and wulf. They work well together but if you're not running them I probably wouldn't run it unless you really want that evasion.
I think you are wrong it benefits the wizard a lot and so much if rhe skill you are using is ice block in your case u rely more on arcane wind in a quick way to avoid being catch by barb so that gem wont be working in your advantage but for me since i am always ice block wizard so it works so much fine i mean i was finr without this gem effect but after using this the ice block became deadly since when u cast ice block u became stationary so tje effect will execute perfectly
Ice Block builds are among the weakest PvP builds. They don't perform well in the Legend tier, where most players simply wait for the wizard to come out and then stun-lock and kill the wizard.
Tickle? Guys this gem is void spark on streroids with huge dmg. And bonus is it is underestimated and cheap. You also forget on synergy with other gems. Test it in real guys.
i actually like this gem on my barb a lot. i am using it as a auxilary on starfire PVP and PVE

how does this new gem golden compares to gloom cask?
Gloom is far better for classes that utilize Primary
They should really change that 300 daily platinum and decrease the crystal echo price 😢

In PVP, the gem is a joke.
Even at rank 10, the damage it deals is a tickle. lol.
