And started to put in respective reso gems 1* r10 196gp, 2* r8 340gp and 2* r7 235gp = 771gp. But the mournskull remained dormant. Why? Only work with 5* gems?

In brawl and some other events those gems will go dormant since the gems inside won’t be there. For example u won’t have bsj active in brawl.
