Midgard means "Middle Enclosure" (or to Tolkien, "Middle Earth"). It's the realm of the living and the land of men, quite literately just plain old Earth. Probably referencing the AMV's focus on people and human desires.
Good list, but you missed "Michiko To Hatchin", which a few quick scenes were from, like this girl dancing at 2:02, and a few 1 second clips from the show's opening song.(which is a really cool opening song)
