Thanks for this, Im thinking of sending mine back because i just cant get started, Its full of Canadian and USA frequencies and nothing for Australia and i bought the USDS100 that is supposed to be for Oz, And getting help from Uniden was very disappointing

how do you access gain? i tried pushing the function button and 0 "LVL" it just gives me a negative beep sound
