No criticism of the workmanship, you do what your clients ask for! But absolute madness to take a stunning model like this, that matches the original artwork near perfectly... and paint it green haha
Yeah nothing wrong with the original paint overall..it was really well done. Complete opposite reaction for the collector though..he thought the final production was trash and wanted to return the thing unless it was fixed to look more like the prototype images. 🤷🏼
I always like those kind of videos. You did an amazing job on this one 👍👏👏. But indeed those behind the scenes video can do wonders sometimes. Even she is not from DC, I pre ordered the Pulp Vixens Ursula after watching their behind the scènes video on her
Great work on both the repaint and video man! I dug the original color as well but that was a great touch on the darkening pins behind the eyes. Start to end, how many hours did you put into the repaint?
Thanks appreciate it. Actually not too terrible.. a couple hours a night for 2 days. The paint process was very simple but finding the correct color and method took some time with some testing. I also went back and did some shading as well but looks like I lost some of my video footage.
an amazing job, however the original artwork is white not green and has two white dots for eyes. so the final release is more accurate than the prototype
I agree. After researching the character it seems he's in fact bone white. I'm not sure why the prototype was green but that's what the collector wanted me to paint 🤷🏼 Looks cool either way.
@@jimallen4382 The prototype they had him green for whatever reason. But yeah he's more of a bone white. This was painted for a client who wanted him to be green again.

Thanks. I was happy with the original paint but the collector wanted him more green.
Well done. The Trooper is ready to charge!
😎👍
Actually the right call. Looks better with the greenish tinge.
😎👍🏼
Came out alot better after you worked on it. Big difference, nice.💯👍
Thanks. I was happy with the original paint but the collector wanted him more green.
@itsallthingsart yeah I was actually content with the original look, but everyone has there own preferences.

Looks great man.
Thanks. I was happy with the original paint but the collector wanted him more green.

Great work , Both versions IMO look great SS should have offered both a bone and green color version 😉
😎👍
Interestingly I've seen a few in hand pieces and some are greener than others.

Nice work I just don't know why sideshow went green with Eddie as he is not green
