Your beautiful work is like no other!! My mom has dementia and she could crochet anything and everything!! Baby clothes, bedspreads, etc, they were absolutely gorgeous! Anytime she would see a blanket or something at a flea market selling for hardly nothing she would always say, ohh someone’s precious hands made this. Her mother taught her and stores would sell her pieces because they were so beautiful. I wish my mom’s mind was as it once was so she could still teach me how to do all of this, so thank you for doing this and teaching me when she no longer can. I love your projects and the materials and yarns you use. Beautiful items for the home. One thing I might want to say, a single crochet is when you bring the yarn through 2 stitches once, it is actually a double crochet that you use. Passing the yarn through 2 times in the stitches is a double crochet. If you yarn over 2 times and draw the working yarn through 3 times, it's a treble crochet. Just FYI. Xoxo CC

She does just makeup stitches, lol. It just shows how little the rules matter. But it would be nice if she just admitted, "this is TODAY'S single crochet."

Loving the crochet baskets, I can knit but I have never been able to crochet, I just can’t get my head round it, your baskets have encouraged me to try harder, and take a course, I think one on one tuition is the way, thank you for sharing and inspiring us all. Sadly the large yarn aren’t freely available in the UK, or are very costly!

This is now my favorite channel. I am recovering from surgery and this has kept me very entertained and inspired. I just bought my first house and it is one that needs a bit of work but I can't wait to get started. I am definitely just going to work in small sections so it doesn't overwhelm us. I love your projects and the materials and yarns you use. Beautiful items for the home. One thing I might want to say, a single crochet is when you bring the yarn through 2 stitches once, it is actually a double crochet that you use. Passing the yarn through 2 times in the stitches is a double crochet. If you yarn over 2 times and draw the working yarn through 3 times, it's a treble crochet. Just FYI. Xoxo CC

Loving the crochet baskets, I can knit but I have never been able to crochet, I just can’t get my head round it, your baskets have encouraged me to try harder, and take a course, I think one on one tuition is the way, thank you for sharing and inspiring us all. Sadly the large yarn aren’t freely available in the UK, or are very costly!
