Ginny, leaders these days want to look good.. they don't care about their teams.. they also like it when their team members help them look good. They are busy wanting to highlight themselves and only the members that also have similar mindset of seeking attention. It's so against some of our values.
With all do respect, you seem very unconscious to me personally. You are pretty much bragging that you are getting all the things right but didn’t seem to step back and tell stories about when you were inexperienced yourself and made all the mistakes.
