How about the more higher income areas like Alpharetta or Cumming, GA in the atlanta metro area?
Hi Zing, I think I am going to do a more targeted video showing the different neighborhoods and how they have been affected by the market over the last year.
Alpharetta and Cumming are home to many of the tech companies in Atlanta so they may be more stable than other areas.
We are seeng again bidding offers, especially in 30028 and 30040, when is this are going to be smooth..
Cumming is Forsyth County, which is the fastest growing county in Georgia.My dad lives up there, so I've seen the changes, and much of what you see at exits 13-14 simply didn't exist 6-7 years ago. It's almost all brand new. Given that there are a lot of very high income people living there (and moving there) there is probably a very high level of cash involved in these home sales, meaning that any mortgage origination is so small relative to the cash down and income levels that mortgage interest rates have very little impact on demand. We are already seeing double digit price declines in many other major cities around the country, but Atlanta has so far been untouched. Thanks for watching! More to come. :-)

@@royharper2003 parts of Roswell Alpharetta and cumming are ghetto. What's your damn point. Hell Sandy springs is an overpriced ghetto full of rich pretentious kids breaking into people's houses. So please be more specific than parts are ghetto especially when referring to an area that's being rapidly gentrified caus you kinda sound like you're saying parts are still black which is a trash take.

And being that we where moving from California, and now knowing anything about basements, water-flow, radon! to name just a few, your help was invaluable! If it wasn't for your diligence and help going to see houses, checking the survey etc. I don't think we would have been able to pull it off in the time we did.
