Your timing couldn't be more perfect. I experienced this moment last night. I've always struggled to stay consistent with fitness. My body is lean with little natural muscle. And I've been so hard on myself with negative self talk about how gaining muscle would solve my women problems. Realized my resistance to building muscle is due to not having internal confidence in myself and not loving who I am today. My soul wants me to begin conquering my world in my current form. And be comfortable in my own skin. Realize my blessings and build on them. And if I choose to gain lean muscle on my journey, it should be for me...and not to look good for someone else. Cowboy EO I’m Omw to gym now it’s leg day. Had a nice rest day yesterday, spent some time with a nice woman. Had fun, went out for Mexican, got some food and essentials for Easter. My advice don’t use gym as a mere cope. I’m a very outgoing man and an I’m very sociable. The gym is my place for staying committed to goals, and using some time to myself to increase my mental/physical pain threshold. That’s how results come. I work out by myself, but if you’re an awkward dude in social situations; recommend getting a training partner or a trainer.
This is true and I've experienced this myself. I now train to be battle ready. The gym is a great place to take out anger and build discipline within myself. The looking good and other things that come with it are all just bonuses.

Hitting gym and lifting heavy weights just feels manly... u get sense of security, u can move couch easier, you can lift chick up while screwing her etc.. 90% of dudes are repping 40kgs on bench though
This video is good advice, but it's good advice for guys that are socially awkward. For instance, take myself. I'm a guy that was skinny-fat all my life. Still I always got cute women (6's to 7's) because I have the gift of gab. I can turn on the charm. But I always had to work hard for sex, and women never automatically looked my way. For the past year I've been working out at least 3 times a week. Now I'm actually starting to see real gains. And guess what? Now not just cute girls but BEAUTIFUL women (8+'s) are starting to stare at me while I'm at the gym. I can't imagine how they are going to start behaving in the next 2 to 3 years haha. So for some of you guys out there, this isn't the right video for you. If you know how to get girls without muscles, then do yourself a favor... HIT THE GYM! I feel like I've found a secret... you want to inspire LUST. And that doesn't have anything to do with your shoes or your car or your rap. LUST is primal and has everything to do with the cut of your body. Women don't even know this about themselves, but they are THIRSTY as hell!
Man does everything in his power to avoid rejection. I learned through cold approaching alone that if you can take rejection and have a lot of patience, you will have a happier dating life. You are not afraid of rejection, you are not afraid of charging women to the game and going back out into the dating market instead of holding on to a woman who doesn't love you or is very problematic. If you go to the gym, and have a chiseled physique, when the women are looking at you, you still have to approach. Don't expect your physique to get women to approach you.

Being 5'4 I lift weights so I don't look puny and also work on social skills, meditation, and getting healed from traumatic events. Women look down me on the job and in the dating world. It is not an easy fix. If I had the money to extensively hire you coach every week, I would. I am teacher so the emasculation that goes on in that female dominated environment is bad. Most of us have not seen real masculine role models so we are imitating women. The gym helps with my self esteem. Being around women tears my self esteem so I lift weight and run to rap music. At least there I see success and can feel better. The constant rejection and having to learn the game at age 52 is challenging. I am tired of hearing a woman's mouth. I agree with Dr. BOA they need to know when to shut up. The women's snide remarks and verbal comments are tearing men down. It needs to stop.

Working out is great for yourself, for being able to be the athlete you want to be, but for attracting women it's short sighted. Sure women will notice a guy who is jacked in the right areas, maybe give him a second look. Unfortunately to get her he still must have the confidence, the manly presence, the speaking ability, and if he has it resources. The total package. Of course people can attract without the resources but it makes it harder.

I believe going to the gym is a foundational practice that isn't optional if you want to improve your life. It won't solve all of your problems, but you need to do it. I have no patience for depressed people who don't work out. Start there. There will be other areas in which you will need to grow too, like learning social skills and dating skills as Everett suggests, but I don't think you can avoid the necessity of going to the gym to get yourself unstuck. It's a great square one.
I’ve never had a gym membership but I think why getting ripped helps a lot of guys get more women is that there is a certain percentage of women out there who are really attracted to guys with muscles, so if you get yourself some muscles you’ll naturally attract many if not all of those particular women. And if you’re a guy who has previously not attracted any women, that’s obviously going to be a much more desirable outcome. You’ll still need to know or learn how to interact with her though, because her physical attraction towards you will generally not get her panties dropped.
