I’d honestly buy a copy I really love the clash of the dark reds with the mixed blues, and the tonality in the face is done amazingly well with highlights being strikingly bright and darks being gorgeously deep and cavernous. The two single colors show such a contrast and the variation in the blue and red just make it very appealing to me. Y'know... The crying children paintings are something that always made me eerie, because, when I traveled to more rural places around here to visit family and such, at a certain point in time, there were at least one of these in every home, and years later, around 2010, they all have gone, since these stories like "this is cursed, the painter sold his soul to the devil so he could gain money from his paintings" or "look at the pupils of theses kids, super dilated, means they are dead, and the painter killed these kids so he could paint them" and such have made into these places, thanks to, believe it or not, a sensacionalist morning tv broadcaster.
