Nice one, Mark! I actually watched this video 3 or 4 times already, each time I watched it I never managed to comment, so I decided to watch it again, ha ha... It's a cool little truck! And as hinted in some of the comments, I also think it's a HyperGo rebranded. So definitely a sign of quality! I got my first MJX coming on the slow boat from China, it's a 16th scale buggy from their cheaper brand Mew4, they all got funny names... Last couple weeks I've been converting my little trucks to buggy mode with other bodies and smaller wheels, it's been good fun...

You are right, it is a clone of the Hyper-Go H16 and that's not a bad thing, as far as I can see just different batteries, body and tyres. This is a good little off-road basher Mark. I reviewed it a few months ago and was impressed. You can never go wrong with these MJX Hyper Go's. This H16E is the 4th one I've owned. LOL

Not bad, I was offered one for about the same price but did not half what this did. No brushless, no oil shocks and I do not think all metal drive train. I turned it down as there was the same for cheaper., but this does seem worth the money.

Hiya mate. Well that does look very much like a little Arrma Granite and that's not a bad thing! I did guess it would be more like 25mph or so with 2s and brushless. I think that the advantage of the small size and light weight is that it hasn't got much weight behind it in a crash so it just bounces off things. Good to have these knock about RC's so you can keep your Tamiya's for Sunday best. Great review you guys did there. Hope you are having a smashing start to the weekend. Hi Pete! Yeah, I think these companies "take inspiration" from other brands! Well mate, as you know 25 is enough for a bit of fun especially off road. You are right, this thing is a featherweight and that really pays dividends when you crash it as much as Rob and I did! Tough as old boots, mate! Love these trucks for a bit of guilt-free RC fun! On Amazon where you buy it it says 42+ mph but in this video it only went 25mph
Hi Callum. Yeah, I wasn't happy about those false claims of top speed. 25mph is all it will do. Still a fun little truck but if you are expecting 42+ you will be disappointed!
The rear differential on my son's unit lasted less than an hour at 70% power. As this was a birthday present I was not impressed. You can buy replacements, but buyer beware.
Oh no I'm sorry to here that happened, especially as it was a birthday present. Good info so thanks for the comment. There may be a few quality control issues but I must say that the one I have is going strong at 100% power and plenty of battery pack runs. All the best. 😎👍
