Thanks for replying. I've actually had someone looking for those brushes lol. Of course, she couldn't find them. I can't wait to start on the tree! I'll practice on regular paper before doing it on canvas.
New to painting, and Christmas is my favorite. I am excited to try this !
Painting can be so relaxing, especially painting pine trees, I hope you have a wonderful time trying it! I would love to hear how it turned out 🙂
@@AmandaFormaroI will let you know. I would love your advice.

Yes I always recommend practices several trees first! Hope you enjoy making it!! :)
Wow that is pretty I will be practicing soon. Cause I really would like to do this on other things other than lightbulbs
Wolnderful tutorial!
Thank you so much for sharing this! I have a question. When you add the lights with the scruffy brush, is the paint more translucent?
Looks so easy thanks for the ideas
What type of paint do you use? Is it craft paint or acrylic or oil paint?
This is really helpful thank you!
Thank you very much! It's so easy, but looks very realistic! :) Thanks again!
So glad it was helpful *****! Thank you for sharing :)
Your welcome :)
Hi. Where did you find the scrubbing-type brush? I've been asked to paint a pine Christmas tree, and love the way the lights look on yours.
Hi Donna. it's not a special brush, I took one of my older brushes and trimmed the bristles down with scissors :)
Thank you!
Thanks Joy, so glad you found it helpful!
Amazing. I think that I will be able to do this. Thank you.
This video helped me sooo much thank you so much!! (:
Awesome tutorial! Thank you for sharing!!! :)
It looks awesome! It would give a cool 3-D shape to it if you used at the bottom of the tree more of a smiley face instead of a frowney face :)

If we draw this tree on oil pastel ,it will work or not
I'm afraid I don't paint in oil pastel so I don't know the answer
@@AmandaFormaro it's okay 😀 thank you for the tutorial
There's 135 k views but only a few comments. How is this possible.
Thank You ! ♡
Why can't this be filmed straight? I know I can turn my phone to the side, but what if I'm using my computer?
I Love using a fan brush
thank you so mush
❤️
The video idea is too cool but can put the video angle a little proper😊
I did this one it worked but I kinda painted my self a little
Make it wooden with the help of the Woodglut instructions.
I've searched and searched found lots of great tutorials but cannot find what I want.
I just want to paint a pine tree, no snow no lights.
This tutorial should work for you. Just stop before putting on the snow or lights.
Not what I had in mind.
